Not the perfection I hoped to achieve, and I can't help but wonder if it's a result of my " little " cheats. I don't cheat big... maybe 2 slices of pizza in the middle of the week (instead of 2 small meals) or a ham hoagie on a white roll instead of my usual egg-white salad on wheat. Does anyone else do little " cheats " like that? I'm of the opinion that it's Body for LIFE, and I can't expect to be perfect all the time. Do you think those little cheats make a big difference in results? And if I keep continuing on with BFL for the next few months, will it all even out in the end?
