DIAGNOSTIC IMAGING REPORT

Date of Exam: December 13, 2006

Clinical History: Hypertension, on Meds, Low potassium¡­

Radiologist¡¯s Report: CT ¨C ABDOMEN (C-/C+), PELVIS (C+)

Technique: Spiral acquisition was obtained through the abdomen pre/post-contrast. After injection of contrast, cuts were continued down into the region of the pelvis.

Findings: The morphology of both the right and left adrenal glands is within normal limits. No masses are noted in the expected region of the sympathetic chain.

The remaining solid organs are within normal limits, except for a large parapelvic cyst on the left kidney.

The aorta and para-aortic regions are normal and there is no ascites. No mass is seen within the region of the pelvis.
