He has already had his head fitted for a helment and we have started our battle with the insurance company. My question for you all is, has anyone ever been successful in getting Cigna/Healthsmart to pay? Also, could anyone send me copies of what their pediatrician or physical therapist said on their letters of medical necessity. Anything that you could provide would be greatly appreciated.
