Guest guest
I've often wondered how "The Water Cure" would work in the case of obesity. There must be a cut off point where the "1/2 of your body weight in ounces" can no longer apply. I would think, however, that 1/2 of your ideal body weight (for a person's height and frame) would be a bare minimum daily requirement. If you are suppoesed to drink half of you body weight in oz. each day of water, is the in addition to the smoothies that you drink or do they count towards that? I drink about 75 oz of smoothies each day and I don't think I could drink that much water in addition.Dave
