Very cool! I would point out, though, that the price and suggested daily amount for the purple corn powder seems extremely cheap/high (respectively) which leads me to suspect that it's possibly just that: powdered purple corn (i.e. corn flour), rather than dried and powdered extract of blue corn juice.
