Again the mantra is:

You treat heart failure by treating the cause. In you case the cause was Primary Aldo which has been treated, as the BP returned to normal with proper treatment, the K returned to normal and the heart returned to normal.

You should encourage your heart doctor to write this up so others (Drs.) can benefit form this lesson. I would be happy to work with him (or her) to report this excellent result.
