Try Newcastle RVI and ask for Simon Pearce.

He is " the man " for Conn's in your area but I don't know how much he knows

about Conn's and pregnancy. He is a wonderful man, very caring and

knowlegeable. I'm giving you my phone number in a private message so you

can ring me if you want to.

Helen (who was one of Dr Pearce's patients in 2002)

Does anyone have any names of consultants who actually specialise in

Conn's (and pregnancy) in the UK?

Preferably in the North of England.

Any help would be much appreciated.

Regards

ENGLAND

Birmingham is the Midlands.

Newcastle is North-East, Carlisle is North-west but Carlisle patients have

to go to Newcastle for major stuff. York is the next major centre going

south and then Leeds, but Newcastle would be the cente of choice for

endocrinology (the maternity unit is in the same wing of the RVI as the

endocrinology).

Scotland is further north again but the endo centre for Scotland would be

Aberdeen although Edinburgh dabble as well.
