Thanks so much for the suggestion of finding a cart to push, and relieve the pain in my shoulders. It is a better solution than creating hazards for others!!! I kept thinking of a walker type thing and did not feel quite ready for that, at this point I don't have a disability status (I'm in Canada) and am required to be looking for work. I have white hair and that's quite the image to start with, I really did not want to arrive with a walker. The cart would work for me for shopping errands but I will need to figure out hauling books , day timers, water bottles and lunches, perhaps an umbrella. The pain however is not constant and I have good days. Sam
