Too bad it didn't come out like you like it. I used to make a white chili recipe that called for canned tomatillas. I had to quit because my local Publix quit carrying them :-( They do, however carry fresh tomatillas, so perhaps I should try this and turn it into white chili!

This came out pretty okay, but I don't know if it was me on roasting the tomatillas. They were very liquidy. I don't know if it was too much oil or what. It tastes great but a bit runny. Might just dump it into tortilla soup recipe. Any other suggestions?

Congratulations! I couldn't live without my VM to do my chopping for me!I make a lot of chicken (or tuna or salmon or mackerel) salad and I chop my celery and onions for it almost daily.

I do want to report that I did successfully rough chop the onion, cilantro and garlic before I poured the tomatilla mixture in. It is a recipe I will attempt again.
