Guest guest
Oh no - if you were looking for the 32 oz. wet container then yes - it is the wrong one and you can't do wet blending in the dry container. Call 1-800-848-2348 - they will send you a shipping label to cover the cost of returning the dry container and if you mention your frustration with the situation I am hoping they will over night your 32 oz. wet container with perhaps a 3-pack of spatulas thrown in (find a way to ask for them :-)So very sorry this happened. Guest guest
OH dear, I told the woman I wanted it for making smaller amounts of smoothies. Darn. > > > Just received it and it said it is for dry grinding? Did I get the wrong one? > > > > > > > > >
Guest guest
Hi Lea Ann, I called and they are sending a label. Not your fault, since I did specify to her that I wanted it for smaller amounts of smoothies. Thanks for giving me the phone # and other info. > > I know - I am a tad frustrated myself. That lady isn't my usual " Vitamix contact person " (she was on vacation when the order was placed). I went back and looked at the order and I called it a 32 oz container (neither specifying wet or dry) but she should have asked and if you said you wanted it for smoothies she should have known. > > Double drat. > > Oh well, I am so sorry. > > I suspect that they will over night the correct container and if I were you, I'd milk this for a freebie like the spatulas ;-) Vitamix really does go out of their way to make customers happy, and I'm sure it was an oversight on her part. > > I can assure you that I will ALWAYS specify WET or DRY container in all future container orders! > > Blessings, > Lea Ann Savage > Satellite Beach, FL > (321) 773-7088 (home) > (321-961-9219 (cell) > www.VitamixLady.com > www..com > <))>< > >
Guest guest
Lea Ann have them check the blades. Both of my containers say dry on them yet one was wet and one was dry. Requests to customer service for a new label to have my canisters labeled properly were ignored. Guest guest
Very weird that your communications to Customer service were ignored - the wet container says nothing so suggesting that you remove that label from the 32 oz. wet container is the best they could do for you. Guest guest
I had someone who labels the computers at work make me a label with a p-touch machine. Yeah I was kind of disappointed that they never replied back to me. Oh well.
