New to Vitamix: my vitamix dances?

Hello there!

After 2 years of much thought and savings, I bought my Vitamix in the UK where I

now live (and where Vitamix costs double!). I got it yesterday and made a green

smoothie! Anyways, I'm excited and happy BUT when it's over 3 in the low spèed,

it dances, so I have to hold on to it. I noticed it doesn't click or anything...

Is it supposed to be like this? Do you have to be at its side all the time and

holding it down so it does not dance?
