Guest guest
I hear you Bonnie - that advice was really to myself as well because I tend to get information overload and stress about food choices too :-)Sometimes it's good to just take a break from diet focus - ask me how I know :-) Blessings,Lea Ann SavageSatellite Beach, FL(321) 773-7088 (home)(321-961-9219 (cell)))><'>www.VitamixLady.comwww..com<))>< On Feb 23, 2011, at 1:23 PM, Bonnie Engler wrote: thanks lea ann and i am stressed about it. it seems to override all my thoughts but i am an extremely happy ande lucky person. but i have two newe knees, 10 years old and need a new shoulder now and i know weight loss would be wonderful. wouldn't you think that would be enough of an incentive. but i'll never quit trying. thanks for the kinde words, bonnie questions about welches and additives Hi Bonnie, I don't know if welch's white grape juice is considered raw, but then I don't worry about being 100% or even any % raw - I just try to consume as many raw fruits and veggies as I can fit into my diet. As far as additives go I personally buy one or two kinds and when that runs out try something different. This way I get variety in my diet and I don't get bored. I'd have a very hard time with a smoothie that had more than one (or at the most two) "additives". I prefer the taste to be mostly smoothie and not additives. But most importantly, just do what feels "right" to you. Stress about dieting can be as damaging as poor food choices! :-) Blessings,Lea Ann SavageSatellite Beach, FL(321) 773-7088 (home)(321-961-9219 (cell)))><'>www.VitamixLady.comwww..com<))>< On Feb 23, 2011, at 2:40 AM, Bonnie Engler wrote: hi lea anne, on one of your videos you recommend the yellow top welch's white grape juice for a sweetener. is this considered raw? thanks, bonnie also, if you are not too busy, i am becoming overwhelmed with information overload. there are so many nutritional things i think i need to be eating and i can't get them all it. when comsuming flax seed, hemp seed, chia seeds, sprouts, etc. should they all be consumed every day or every other or a couple of times a week.? thanks, bonnie
