Guest guest Posted May 9, 2005 Report Share Posted May 9, 2005 Hi, I got a later start than usual this morning. I don't feel like I " m ready at all for it to be Monday. Blech! Anyway, I did Cathe's Low Max this morning - I think this is only the 2nd time I had done it - what a workout. I did the first five intervals on an 8 inch step but then dropped to 6 inches for the last two intervals. This one really works the legs and my legs were fried already from doing Crunch Time yesterday. Still, I really like this one and I love the fact that the pre-mix has the option to do all the high intensity sections separately - that would make an EXCELLENT un-weighted leg workout. I really wanted to do some abs or Pilates, but no such luck on the time. Maybe this evening! Tomorrow I'm going to do an " active recovery " workout, most likely one of the " aero-chi's " that laura has inspired me to try again!
