Does tae-bo work for all that? I like it even though it is hard, for

me. Can you give me some suggestions for tapes? Thank you.

depending on which taebo workouts you are using, the answer is yes! isnt

im sorry, i forget which taebo workouts you have, but the newest use a

resistance band in addition to billy's trademark cardio kickboxing.

i use his older taebo tapes though and consider them to be cardio workouts,

even though there is a fair amount of toning exercises in them as well.

for recommendations, it is a really good idea to go to www.collagevideo.com

and look through their online catalog, watch the clips, read the

reviews. they can give you a great big list of beginner workouts in all

categories for you to consider.

hey jenna. basic is a great workout. in fact i still use it myself in my rotations. i am sure in no time,if you stick with it, you will have a library full of great kickboxing workouts.

No shame at all in doing the basic video! It's

important from a safety standpoint to be confident and

fluid with the basics before moving on in kickboxing.

You'll be hitting that advanced tape in no time!
