Guest guest Posted May 1, 2005 Report Share Posted May 1, 2005 You guys know I can never stick to a schedule when I write out a rotation, but what the heck, here's what I lined up for next week M-F, and it was fun coming up with it from a creative standpoint. Monday Cathe's Slow & Heavy Triceps and Biceps Tae Bo: Ultimate Abs/Butt Reebok Hi/Low with Petra Kolber Tuesday Yoga for Weight Loss Ramp it Up! Wednesday Cathe's Slow & Heavy Chest and Back Carribean Workout Low Impact Aerobic Workout #2 and High Impact Aerobic Workout #1 Thursday Roll Into Fitness (stability ball workout) Turbo Kick at the gym Friday (usually my rest day) Cole's T'ai Chi for Weight Loss Veena & Neen's Bellydance Fitness for Beginners I am " back on the wagon " . I partied last week while on vacation but it's back to no drinking alcohol and taking my lunch to work for most days. I WILL shed these last 40 pounds!! Hope everyone has a great week!
