Welcome to the club! If you don't have the convinence of a walk in cooler and your spouse has had it with PVC in the freezer, consider The Pusher. Larger than a bottle capper but built on the same simple sabilized ram design, The Pusher is height adjustable to accomidate up to an 18 " mold. The ram is drilled in case you want to mount a block but we just insert a piece of wood smaller than the wall of the mold for the ram to push against. When you pour just leave an inch or two to the top of the mold. That will leave room for the log or loaf to move enough to break free from the mold without being pushed into the ground. Place a piece of freezer paper below the mold, turn it upside down and pop away! $75 + shipping.
