Guest guest
I don't usually do this cause I'm not a religious person, but I do believe in sending good thoughts to those in need. So, can you all keep good thoughts/wishes/prayers, what ever you believe in, to my father-in-law. We found out this morning that he fell off a ladder yesterday afternoon while repairing his porch roof. He fell onto his back onto his paved driveway. He split the back of his head open (had to have 8 staples), broke several of his pelvic bones, and a couple things in his back (the doctor said this is no big deal because it's something that isn't needed anyway). As far as I know he never lost consiousness & he was pretty upset that they cut off his new jeans that he's only worn once! LOL! My MIL is bound & determined to handle everything on her own and doesn't want to go up there. However, he's either driving today or early tomorrow morning. His dad is on bedrest today & they'll try to get him up tomorrow. If his pelvic bones have shifted when they try to get him to walk, they said they will have to do surgery & put a steel plate in. He's got lots of recovery time ahead of him. So, if anyone out there wishes to keep him in your thoughts, we would really appreciate it. Thanks!
