This morning at my desk was a fax from the Wisconsin Chiropractic Association regarding CCGPP “best practices” document. ly, I don’t know what CCGPP stands for (I’ll visit the website soon however), but the content of the letter is scary. It isn’t “the sky is falling talk either”. Just last week I received a updated fee schedule from CAN, based upon “evidence-based health care”. They are dropping reimbursement for modalities and procedures to ridiculous levels: 2.00 for ultrasound, 4.50 for therapeutic exercise, 2.50 for e-stim, 2.50 for a hot or cold pack… This is crazy and we need to act!
