I know I need my DBA, but I have no idea what I need or where to get it. I looked on several sites the state has and it's a confusing. Help!!! TIA!!! ~Shyra A. Guest guest Posted January 27, 2005 Report Share Posted January 27, 2005 You can do a search via google, etc. for the county clerks office in your county. i.e. i did a search for " oneida county clerks office " It was the first thing brought up. I actually printed the dba forms right from the website (3 copies needed) filled them out, brought them to the clerks & paid the money. hth julie ==================================== I am looking to find out what paperwork I need to file with NY.
