Guest guest
I searched the archives & found Leigh's post telling how to incorporate the fgc into my batch, but I just realized I don't know how much. I am making a 2lb batch of soap & need to know approx. how much fgc you all would use. Thanks a bunch! LOL, I'm really liking this cp soap! And I've decided that since it's gotten chilly I'm going to be curing my soap in my attic. There are no critters or bugs up there and I've got plenty of room. Too bad I couldn't make it a soap room! Guest guest
Hi Colleen! I was told 1/2 to 1 tbsp per 2 lb of oils is a good guide. Clays absorb water, so if you add too much, they mess up your saponification and your soap will end up being soft. HTH! French green clay- again > > > I searched the archives & found Leigh's post telling how to > incorporate the fgc into my batch, but I just realized I don't know > how much. > > I am making a 2lb batch of soap & need to know approx. how much fgc > you all would use. >
