I searched the archives & found Leigh's post telling how to

incorporate the fgc into my batch, but I just realized I don't know

how much.

I am making a 2lb batch of soap & need to know approx. how much fgc

you all would use.

Thanks a bunch! LOL, I'm really liking this cp soap! And I've

decided that since it's gotten chilly I'm going to be curing my soap

in my attic. There are no critters or bugs up there and I've got

plenty of room. Too bad I couldn't make it a soap room! :)

Hi Colleen!

I was told 1/2 to 1 tbsp per 2 lb of oils is a good guide. Clays absorb

water, so if you add too much, they mess up your saponification and your

soap will end up being soft.
