Guest guest
I would like to know if it is ok for me to take my freshly made mix of juice or veggies. for example this morning i had 5 egg whites and a juice which had 1/2 apple 2 small carrots and 1/2 beet and celeray and parasly. And if you girls recommend this then how much would i be getting in that convert into grams of carbs because this juice is my carb for the meal with the egg whites. Or if anyone know of a website that i can look up and check and see how are the nutrition facts of the juice as far as calories and fat and sugar and carbs i really do not want to over load beeing that i want a balance diet of protien and carbs. But this juices thing is a good idea because it does wonders for your health also. Thanks Linet
Guest guest
I can give you a rough estimate on the juice [based on the food that you used to make the juice since there is no food stats available to my knowledge for the juice that these foods would yeild in this amount] For the juice for the portion you gave would be~ Cals:114 Proteins:2.5 g. Carbs:27g. Fats: .45g[< 1gram] For the 5 egg whites it would be~ Cals:85 Proteins:17.5g. Carbs:1.5g. Fats:0g. Not bad and remember that the ratio for every meal may not be exactly 40/40/20 but as long as it does over the course of the day you would be fine. Hope this helps~ Joann question about freshly squeeze juices > > I would like to know if it is ok for me to take my freshly made mix > of juice or veggies. for example this morning i had 5 egg whites and a juice > which had 1/2 apple 2 small carrots and 1/2 beet and celeray and parasly.
