According to a doctor that looked at some of 's test results this morning, he told him that sometime recently he had a heart attack that damaged his heart. Talk about another shocker! We don't know any other information at this time. He's still in the hospital and will probably be there for another day or two. I just wanted to thank everyone for their well wishes, thoughts, prayers, etc. It means the world to us that so many people are thinking good thoughts for us! So Thank You! I have a dear friend in Connecticut that I met a few years ago online,,,through a soap list! Her husband is in his 50's. He is in the hospital after suffering a major heart attack on Sunday night. He was actually dead for probably 20 minutes. They had him in a drug-induced coma, trying to stabilize his heart rate and blood pressure. Tonight, he has made some progress, but is still on breathing apparatus. It will only be when they allow him to " awaken " that an assessment can be made on how much, if any, damage was done to his brain and organs. This is the kind of thing that REALLY opens our eyes.... I know we all TALK about stopping to smell the roses, but life has a way of getting so busy and we get caught up in all the hubbub of life. I pray that will be just fine! Even though there may be some damage to his heart, I think we each would go BATTY! if we knew everything that is going on in our indivual bodies at any given time! Blessings to you and your family. My ex's mom had a heart attack and didn't even realize it... she thought she was just ill... she went to the doctors a week later and they told her so... i guess heart attacks leave scaring of some kind that they can see... at any rate... they heavens are obviously looking out for you guys...
