Now as serious as this crisis is, it's not the time for that kind of

language. It is the time thought to come together as one, not fight with

each other because it doesn't mean as much as this country staying united

together as one.

Well Ms. . Nice to see you here. I guess Gaye

tomorrow.

She has been on vacation in Hawaii and Chicago with

her Mom and Sister.

There is a huge difference between loosing weight vs. loosing fat. If you

eat 1000 calories/day for example, that would consist of 18oz of meat a day.

33gr of fat and then your greens. Eating 45% protein vs. 20%? One gives you

your health back, the other shortens your life and of course makes you feel

like sh..t.

If you were to eat 1620 calories daily, you would eat 26oz of animal

protein. Try that for a day and tell me that you were hungry.

Amy, if you need a more detailed explanation on how to eat " properly " let me

know.

FYI, many top professional bodybuilders who were trained by DAN DUCHAIN were

eating no more then 2500 calories a day when getting ready for the MR..

Olympia.

These guys are 270lbs!!!

Hi ,

There is no way that I could ever eat that much meat. After a medium amount

of meat I feel nauseated and there is no way that I can put more down.

Sometimes I really wonder if I am really an O, although, I know for sure I

am.

Thanks Steve, I did misundertand. I thought he meant 26 oz. of meat not g of

protein.

That's okay Steve, but then I go by what I said before. There is no way I

could ever eat any where near that much meat.

Not sure whether you might be misunderstanding , my apologies if

you do, but he isn't referring to the amount of meat you eat but the

amount of protein in the meat. For example my mince (ground) beef steak

purports to have 21g of protein in every 100g(4oz) of meat, similarly my

4oz tin of Tuna suggests it has about 27g of protein. hope this helps.

The re. was for Amy, and it is 26oz of meat. 182 grams of protein.

Remember what says: Os need a high protein diet not " moderate "

OUCH... sorry Sharon looks like it was me that misunderstood... that

means I/we should be eating 900g of meat (using 21g protein / 100g of

meat)... I realize that protein can come from other sources other than meat!

(Guess that might be why I still don't feel 100%)

We have a home and community based waiver program. We signed up because I

wanted case management services for Sheila. Along with this we got medicaid

based on her income (which is nil), respite (set hours per year), res hab

(set hours per week)--neither of which they are actually providing because of

lack of workers out in our rural area. It covers a few other things as well.

Hi, Donelle I do not believe my daughter was affected by the vaccine's

either. She was different from birth all her milestones were really slow she

was always really calm sometimes it was like she was'nt even there. She is

now 4 ,and was dx 1 year ago I just listened to too many people I knew

something was wrong when she was'nt crawling on time I mean I should I have 2

other children who are fine! What should we do jump on the band wagon with

the lawsuits even though we are not sure? I mean everyone could use the

money, but I hate too take away from the ones that are positive about the

vaccines. le dannilynn700231@...

Melisa, your story was sooo inspiring!

I was at the point where I was no longer able to have my cousin and my

friend over for dinner. I just couldn't stand on my feet for long enuf

to prepare a good meal.

Now I look forward (DON'T FORGET) to September and our Walkathon for

Obesity and participating with a smile on my face!

Ain't this surgery one of God's blessings?

Hey Group. . .

Bob. . .I am adding Xtra special prayers for you. . .

I continue to joke about my 'illnesses'. . .I have too. . .especially after

the 2-5 months morbid mortality given for me at diagnosis. Previously, at age 6

my parents were told that I was dying of Pneumonia, and at age 37; my X was told

that I wouldn't make it through the night due to Pneumonia & Liver Disease.

Several friends say. . . I am either a 'Miracle' or 'Walking Corpse' (hehehe).

I've been told that I should write a book by friends and sister & brother

survivors, I have began a journal.

I have recovered from the Oral Surgery having 2 teeth extracted and a portion

of my jaw bone surgically removed at the beginning of the month. My Dentist & 3

OS wouldn't perform the surgery in their offices; due to my CAD & CML. Some of

you have bone & tooth pain, I have OA & ON and numerous other Orthopedic

Diseases. My pain level has increased each year since my diagnosis of our bug, I

also understand my younger brother & sister survivors having ortho pain, whether

from the Gleevec or CML. I dread the right side of my mouth where I have 3

additional root canals. . .the procedures performed years ago 'forever'' (hehe).

I received my 4th RT-PCR Test results yesterday of 0.00312!!! My current

Heart, Liver, Lungs, Orthopedic & 15+ Diseases are 'holding' per X-ray, MRI,

Blood Tests & Medications (hehehe).

" I AM A SURVIVOR . . . I AIN'T FINISHED YET " ! ! !

ALL are in my prayers. . . " K "

" K "

" I AIN'T FINISHED YET " !!!

Hello Dan,There isn't one. There is only a .pdf for the Whole Foods Cookbook - I got that link off of QVC - not Vitamix. Someone was asking me IF I had a link to that, but unfortunately, I don't. Baby food is easy to make though - just puree anything you want to feed them! It can be poured into ice cube trays to save for the future.
