You certainly have had your share of troubles lately. Please take care of

yourself. Especially at this time of year.

If I might suggest? Pick up some apple cider and some mulling spices,

organic if possible. Both will boost your immune system, and provide some

virus protection. To protect your respiratory health, try thyme tea. Use

a tea ball, a cloth teabag, or just the loose thyme and a strainer when it's

ready to drink. Pour boiling water over about a teaspoon of thyme. Cover

and let steep at least ten minutes, 20 would be better. Add honey (local if

you can get it) and lemon. Thyme tea earlier in the day and mulled apple

cider at night during your down time would work quite nicely. Don't forget

to take a few minutes and ENJOY each cup, important for stress recovery.
