I got one in the mail today that I swear smells like cigarette smoke, but washing with dish detergent didn't do it. I was going to try an alcohol bath, but didn't want the silicone to take on that smell. Any suggestions? Thanks all! Make some strong smelling soap and pour it in and let it sit in it for a while. Or put strong solution of baking soda and water and let it it in it. Kinda wierd that it smells like that. I'd place the mold in something and cover it with fresh dry coffee grounds and leave it for a few days. Remember my post about the lady who died in an apartment building I lived in? Coffee!
