If you are near University Hospital (AdamSt and Irving Ave) or St ph's or Crouse Hospital, you are quite close to 's in Mattydale. You would take 81 north to the mattydale exit and follow signs to " shopping center " . That plaza has a Rag Shop, Party City, TJ Maxx, and several other stores. Maybe 10 minutes from you. If you exit 81 north earlier at the Liverpool exit, and follow signs to the Carousel Center, there are a lot of stores there-It's a pretty mall-3 stories with glass elevators, and has JCPenney, Kaufmann's, Best Buy, Lord and , Bon Ton, Border's books, many places to eat and a large movieplex. (maybe 12 theaters?) Also Bath and Body Works, Crabtree and , Yankee Candle. Lots of great stores! I don't go to that mall much because it's huge-takes a while to see everything. That is only about 5 min away from you. You are also only 5 min from Armory Square-very cute shops downtown, great food, etc. (Try Lemongrass for great Thai food!) Guest guest Posted April 1, 2004 Report Share Posted April 1, 2004 okk let me write this down lolol.... she is in community general ... nedrow exit ? and i am staying in camillus ...i grew up here ..but there isn't anything here any more i am shocked...i am going to venture out tonight and look around lolol Thanks for all the good wishes ..I am keeping my fingers crossed ..She is out of ICU today and moved to the physical therapy floor...but last week when they put here...she had another stroke that night ..Soo I am alittle nervous tonight ..Hoping it doesn't repeat its self.... thanks again for everyone's good wishes ..i will find my way around ..i am just soo surprised there is nothing out this way patti Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

There's an AC at Marketfair North in Clay on Route 31, right off from 481. There's a 's in Northern Lights Plaza in Mattydale, and also one on Erie Blvd. in Dewitt. LOL, I've been gone for 4 months so who knows what may have popped up! Hope that helped you some! There are a bunch of s around here and that's about it. If you sew or anything there is a decent shop in mattydale called the Ragshop, off of 81N. Just go through the valley straight until you can't go any further and then take a left on Brighton. You can get just about anywhere from there. The Nedrow exit is probably a little bit further and only takes you to 81. You're right, Camillus has changed a LOT!!! Did you see all the construction they are doing to WG high school! If you want good thai food go to Erwan on Erie. it's cheaper than lemongrass and their food is AWESOME. If I had a real job I'd eat there for lunch everyday.
