Ummmmmm ... well, what benefits do I seek from soap? Moisturizing, cleansing

....

I do both HP and CP, and I haven't noticed anything " missing " from my soap,

LOL! If it didn't clean or moisturize, I'd be using Ivory, I guess ;)

As far as healing properties, I focus on salves and balms for those.

well I sure hope that gal on ebay knows what she is talking about because I'm a

HP soap maker :)

my personal opinion is I wouldn't think that it would kill any benefits, but I

could be wrong !

sure hope someone has an answer for us

Of course it was on an auction that the person was selling cold process.

Just curious! :)

Don't you think that the saponification process has killed anything that is

going to " die " ? How much more " killing " can the heat do?

LOL, that's what I was wondering! I'd never heard that stated before

and since my main focus has always been mp I was just curious. I used

the same recipe for hp & cp and I didn't notice any difference in the

way it lathered, cleansed, or moisturized. Only differences were the

looks of it & how long I had to wait to use it! LOL!

Thanks for your responses! I just didn't know if I'd missed something.
