Guest guest Posted September 2, 2005 Report Share Posted September 2, 2005 Oregon Docs, For those who are more knowledgeable than I about Medicare I would appreciate a little advice. I have been asked to treat some patients at a skilled nursing facility. After some preliminary inquiry about Medicare it was indicated DC's are reimbursed at a lower rate for " spinal manipulation " under Medicare at a hospital or a nursing home than in our offices.
