journal articles - Medscape Tool bar

has anyone tried using the new Medscape Tool Bar? I know that Phil

often utilizes the site as a reference, and I got an e-mail regarding

the add-in toolbar that apparently notifies you of any articles that

fit your criteria. Sounds pretty useful to those of us that like to

keep up on our reading, especially with how busy things can get. i

know that some of those things are spyware, so I thought I might ask

around before using it. Apparently the company that made it supplies

the US Air Force with software, so I'm hoping that it's ok. The link
