If one who lives in Brooklyn were to visit some relatives in lets say

Manhatten, Connecticut, New Jersey or any other state, would this

person travel on or over water in any direction they traveled.

and

would a person who lived in say Islip or Port Jeff. have to travel

over the same body of water as above for any direction they traveled?

just wondering.
