Guest guest
Hi Docs, Does anyone have an idea about how to graciously terminate a patient (female) who has not paid her bill? She has been a long term patient, usually difficult, always with a story about how she can’t pay me. Most recently, in 9 months of billings, one payment was received. I saw her name on my caller ID last week (no message), and don’t want to treat her again. However, I also don’t want to turn her in to collections. I’m open to suggestions. Thanks, Joyce Joyce Patten 139 N. 2nd St. Ashland, OR 97520 541 488 8248
