Guest guest
Hi Galbe: Thank you for that article. But when I plug either regular lentils or pink lentils into CRON-o-Meter it tells me that if I were to eat nothing but lentils all day (1700 calories of lentils) I would only get 40 micrograms of selenium. IIRC Dr. Walford suggested aiming for 200 micrograms daily. Forty is better than none at all. But I do not want to have to eat 8500 calories of lentils every day to make sure the selenium recommendation is satisfied! Do you have a source that gives different numbers?
