Low LDL Levels Linked to Parkinson's Risk

Cholesterol has been demonized because it's misunderstood. Clearly,

too little cholesterol is very dangerous to health. It's the precursor

to all of our hormones.

Low cholesterol is also correlated to heart disease and many other

problems.

Low cholesterol can be indicative of liver problems.

I know of no evidence that clearly links low cholesterol to heart disease. As

for liver disease, and a few others that low cholesterol has been blamed on.. We

got the cart before the horse. These have been discussed several times on the

list so you can search the archives. As have the issues with high cholesterol

in the diet.

below about cholesterol? In particular the heart disease claim and

the liver problem claim.
