Guest guest
Cholesterol has been demonized because it's misunderstood. Clearly, too little cholesterol is very dangerous to health. It's the precursor to all of our hormones. Low cholesterol is also correlated to heart disease and many other problems. Low cholesterol can be indicative of liver problems. Guest guest
I know of no evidence that clearly links low cholesterol to heart disease. As for liver disease, and a few others that low cholesterol has been blamed on.. We got the cart before the horse. These have been discussed several times on the list so you can search the archives. As have the issues with high cholesterol in the diet. Regards jeff [ ] Re: Low LDL Levels Linked to Parkinson's Risk Cholesterol has been demonized because it's misunderstood. Guest guest
, Could you please provide peer-reviewed references for your statements below about cholesterol? In particular the heart disease claim and the liver problem claim. Thank you, Diane > > Cholesterol has been demonized because it's misunderstood.
