Guest guest
Great story Kathy, don't know how many times, Trent has reminded me that I needed to buy something/do something that I am sure he wasn't around and certainly not listening when it was being mentioned, or something that would not have been of interest to him. I am always reminding family and friends, that Trent is an extremely intelligent person, just because he can't communicate with us in the clear precise way we do with each other, doesn't mean that he doesn't understand. Our kids, will continue to amaze us, mainly because in the past, people with DS where totally maligned - we can only live in hope for their future. Keep smiling Jan - mother of Trent 19yo w/DS, from the land of Oz. Guest guest
moen faucets are supposed to be guaranteed for life so if you take the old one in and your receipt they should give you your money back, Sherri Faucet Repair: 101 > I stopped by the hardware store on my way home from work one day this last > week... in tow, since I was her ride home from school, and she > spent the afternoon with me (there was a reason they gave me an office with > a door that closes, right?)... we met her older sister there, and shopped > a while. > > I decided that it was time to look for a new kitchen faucet - mine leaking > to a point of distraction. Guest guest
We had a moen faucet that we had lost the receipt on. My husband looked on the internet (moen website) found the part # he needed and called the main customer service number. When they agreed to send it, my husband asked " how much? " There was no charge....they didn't care that we didn't have the receipt--they knew we owned the moen faucet. So Moen does guarantee their faucets. Guest guest
This is good to know as we are remodeling our bathroom. When you hear stories like yours it makes you want to patronize that particular manufacturer. hanks for sharing Loree Re: Faucet Repair: 101 moen faucets are supposed to be guaranteed for life so if you take the old one in and your receipt they should give you your money back, Sherri
