Great story Kathy, don't know how many times, Trent has reminded me

that I needed to buy something/do something that I am sure he wasn't

around and certainly not listening when it was being mentioned, or

something that would not have been of interest to him.

I am always reminding family and friends, that Trent is an extremely

intelligent person, just because he can't communicate with us in the

clear precise way we do with each other, doesn't mean that he

doesn't understand.

Our kids, will continue to amaze us, mainly because in the past,

people with DS where totally maligned - we can only live in hope

for their future.

Keep smiling

mother of Trent 19yo w/DS, from the land of Oz.

We had a moen faucet that we had lost the receipt on. My husband looked on the

internet (moen website) found the part # he needed and called the main customer

service number. When they agreed to send it, my husband asked " how much? "

There was no charge....they didn't care that we didn't have the receipt--they

knew we owned the moen faucet. So Moen does guarantee their faucets.

This is good to know as we are remodeling our bathroom. When you hear stories

like yours it makes you want to patronize that particular manufacturer. hanks
