The cost, including shipping is going to be $3.75. It looks the same as the ribbon charm except.... on the top it says Trisomy 21 and in the heart magnet, which can come out of the center or stay in, it says " a little " something " extra! " the flowers are there, so it matchs and then it says Down Syndrome on the right side of the ribbon. ah... I finally feel like I'm doing something neat!! Connie mom to someone neat! Mom's could wear the pin as well, when they're not wearing their charms! Just a thought!!
