Guest guest
I use Nutritionist Pro...works great. user friendly Nutrition Software I was wondering if anyone is using a nutrition software program to analyze food diaries. I am looking to get a program but with so many on the market I was hoping someone could let me know of one that is working well for them. I want one that is easy to use and provides easy readouts/handouts for the patients. I have been looking at NutriBase but it almost looks like too much. Any imput would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
Guest guest
Since my facilities will not buy one, I use fitday.com or the USDA interactive database. They are both pretty good and free! I recommend fitday to all my pts. -----Original Message-----From: Abbe M. Guest guest
Of all the software I have had the opportunity to use, I have used ESHA's food processor software for over 15 years ( mac version first), very user friendly, accurate, includes exercise. SQL version is really nice to use with meals and snacks separated if you wish. May add foods, etc as YOU need for your population/ your activities. This really makes it convenient. Check out the download example. Anne Anne H. SchreinerRD, LDN, CDEDietitian/ Nutritionist/ EducatorNutriNutRD@...727-798-0364
Guest guest
Peggy, As Jeff mentioned, www.fitday.com provides online tracking of your nutrients. For a desktop program, you can also download CRON-O-Meter at (http://spaz.ca/cronometer/).
