Guest guest
Hi Dr.Charlie: Prolapse is correctable by a number of means: 1. adjustment and postural correction of abnormal lumbopelvic tilt 2. pelvic floor awareness with biofeedback and exercises Kaegle and aerobic walking 3. placement of pessary if needed 4. surgical intervention. I have provided the first 3 options with good results on a small cadre of patients. Willard Bertrand, D.C.
