Bodyweight exercises, on the other hand, can be done virtually everywhere, use large groups of muscles, develop truly useful power and, at the same time, flexibility (also unlike most weight-lifting or machine-based regimens), and seem to me to yield the greatest " bangs " for your caloric buck.
