OK, this is the part I hate- the kids are done on june 25 and I am done on

June 28 with some prospects of working summer school- ugh!

That sounds awful, . I'm done 6/7 and the kids are done on 6/4. Gotta

love that! Overall, my first year of teaching went pretty smoothly. I'm going

to enjoy the summer with my boys and unfortunately start taking courses for my

masters starting in the fall. THAT, I'm not looking forward to.

Jackie,

I'm so glad that your first year went so well- so many new teachers barely

survive their first year!

I dont know what I am doing yet next year- and that is making me a little

anxious. I may continue as a Literacy Coach but somewhere else or i may go back

to the classroom or i may stay at my school which has been very stressful all

year but is getting a little better finally after 8 months.

Anyway, have a great mom's day- dont ya just love the time youll have with

the kids during the summer? I know I do- they are like my play and beach

mates!!!!
