Guest guest
Hi Diane: As I understand it the adult calcium RDAs are 800 mg in Europe; 1000 mg in the UK; and is it 1200 mg in North America? A study recently done in Iceland concluded that no none who is getting the RDA for vitamin D needs more than 800 mg of calcium. Also don't forget the CVD problems associated with excessive calcium. I don't have an opinion/information regarding protein. Of course no two studies of the exact same subject matter ever come to anything remotely close to similar conclusions : ^ ))) Rodney. > > > > > Lots of people these days are swallowing calcium tablets.
