Guest guest
Hi, my name is and I am a long time lurker (OK, I said it, so it is half forgiven, right?). I will post more history about me and describe better my " way " of croning later. For now, I have a specific question. Maybe I am just not using the right keywords to search the archives (French is my language, and my English vocabulary is not as rich). How does diet affect silhouette? I eat mostly carbohydrates, very limited fat, and " hard to tell " about protein. I end up with skinny arms and chest, BIG belly, and somewhat medium legs. I don't think it is belly fat. How can I know anyway? I sometimes look like I skinny pregnant woman... I also drink a lot of liquids, since my salivary glands don't work properly. Anyone knows of a serious, trustable explanation for this? Anyone has been there before and found a tweak to change it? Thank you all,
