Guest guest
Too complex to write. Too many factors. Simply put, I don't eat just I'm hungry. Now I'm almost never hungry. I eat almost anything, but I measure what I eat, and I eat simple foods - not prepared foods. For example, my latest idea is frozen ravioli (just pasta and ricotta), smothered in a can of seasoned tomatoes. I won't quit eating stuff just because it's high-calorie-density food. I think I'm smarter and I can do better than that. A serving is about 400 kcals. I can eat that 4 times per day. Recognize the hormones are in charge and there's hundreds of them. All I really have to do is ignore the hunger hormones. I don't eat until I'm full - I eat a measured quantity, whether it be an egg, a cookie, a cup of cereal, a cup of broccoli, whatever. And walk a bit - or chase my 4 yo gson. You know what's frustrating is that losing weight is so EASY. I don't hafta eat grass. I can STAY IN BED and lose weight - no kidding. Regards.
