Guest guest Posted October 9, 2006 Report Share Posted October 9, 2006 I originally read " Beyond the 120 Year " diet four years ago, and although my husband and I both eat and are very healthy, we're both over the Anti-Aging ideal weights noted in the files (I'm 155 at 6'0 " , and he's 220 at 6'6 " , we should be 135 and 205, respectively).
