Guest guest
I read somewher a while back that it might be the greater presence of CO2 (and less oxygen)at very high altitudes which leads to better oxigination of tissues and better physical performance (and longer life?). I posted a few weeks ago on similar effects achieved by consumption of sodium bicarbonate and its CO2 release in tissue prior to exercise.
