Hi All,

How CR-like is the below lab test data? My last test result came today.

My GP visit, blood tests urine tests and blood stool test for 10 April 2006,

are

described below.

On Apr. 6, 2006 my blood pressure was 94/60 and heart rate was 58

beats/minute,

at the pharmacy that I jogged over to while waiting to see my doctor. I had not

seen my doctor since August of 2005, so I arranged and had an appointment for a

check-up. I had not had a check-up and had only seen the doctor since for my

flu

vaccination and the ophthalmological surgeon for my detached retina in December.

Yesterday, I weighed 99 pounds without only my shoes and sweaters (but with long

underwear weighing more than a pound), whereas I had weighed 100 pounds in

August of

2005 (Before CR, I weighed 157 pounds.).

My current and previous values for various lab test results follow after some

comments regarding the values. My blood stool test was negative.

My interpretation suggests that my Na has not been so high since 1998. After

reading the report that water intake restrictions increase sodium in the blood,

possibly drinking less is surmised be a factor. My Mg value has returned to

normal

since I more carefully add supplemental Mg. Ca and Se levels are also in the

normal

range. More supplemental Zn is required. My vitamin B12 remains acceptable,

but I

need more pills since I stopped eating fish/becoming a vegetarian about two

weeks

ago. Folate was okay. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/White_blood_cell (wbc) and

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lymphocyte levels are lower than before, but

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Neutrophils continue the recent trend to be above

the

low in the reference range in my blood. Hemogloblin levels were noticeably

improved

from their previous low levels. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ferritin does well

despite reducing my Fe supplement in 2/3rd. My kidney epithelial

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Glomerular_filtration_rate (eGFR) is fine. The

glucose

was okay again, but my lipids were worse than they were previously, probably due

to

my dietary changes in the foods that I eat now. Alcohol and now fish are absent

in

my diet. My TSH remains below previous very high levels and close to the lower

normal range value. My four liver function tests and other red blood cell-

(rbc)-related results (not shown) were in the normal range. My total

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bilirubin and

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Alkaline_phosphatase levels in the blood were close

to

the high in the reference range (data not shown in the below). For the urine

tests,

it seems that the presence of esterase from wbcs, wbcs, epithelial cells and

mucous

in my urine was due the http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Calcium_oxalate (Ca

oxalate)

crystals with their sharp edges damaging my urinary tract lining. I am required

to

drink more that my present 1.2 liters of fluids and the oxalates come from food

such

as greens. Kidney stones formed of Ca oxalate cause high pain levels. I was

also

advised by the doctor to modulate my CR regime, and see him in six months. He

is

there to see sick people.

Please provide to us your comments and suggestions regarding any of the

numbers

or diet changes.

Select blood lab test values are indicated after their respective test dates

except the current tests listed on the left columns of values and are below.
