Depending on your height, I would say this *is* CR. I am 5'10.5 " and eat about 2200 calories now with moderate exercise (30 minute walk every day and 3x week on the Bowflex). According to the CR % calculator at http://www.scientificpsychic.com/health/cron1.html even my higher consumption is still 15% calorie restriction. - > > I think bodybuilders have different interests than other > people.
