There is no need to search the archives. The sprouting info is in our " links " under our recipe section .

Couldn't we just eat a little peanuts, like 0.5 oz?

I'm just not fond of sprouting stuff. Too much risk of growing other stuff on it.

Hi folks:And I bet peanut SPROUTS, for many reasons apart from the resveratrol, are much healthier than the peanuts themselves. Like eating green vegetables in place of a concentrated fat source.
